Pinterest Launches Group Boards During the Year Of The Logo
Pinterest is looking to angle itself for more streamlined group and party collaboration by improving their group board toolset. Now, group boards feel more like a Quip document.
Having a conversation about a specific Pin is also more seamless than before. You can weigh in with a quick “like” or comment, @-mention a collaborator or reply to start a new thread. Only members of the group can see your conversations.
After crunching the data to find that fashion trends in 2018 lean towards big earrings and patent leather, Pinterest previously announced that “logos are cool again,” perhaps making design decisions easier when combined with the current trend of companies choosing a political side in order to make quick sales.
Pinterest has more than 200 million monthly active users and the company supports more than 1,300 employees.
